Scotland · Workshop & Fabrication

Performance,
engineered.

Mandrel-bent custom exhausts. Aluminium intercooler kits. Honest workshop work. Built to spec, in Scotland — talk direct to the people doing the work.

Materials

The metal does the talking.

Stainless as standard, exotics on request. Every build uses a mix of 304 and 316 stainless — chosen for strength, finish and longevity, not for what's cheapest in the rack.

Standard
304 / 316 Stainless

The workhorse. We work in a mix of 304 and 316 stainless throughout — used together to give the right balance of corrosion resistance, weldability and finish on every build.

Intercoolers
Aluminium

Lightweight, high thermal-transfer alloy. Used for intercooler cores, charge piping and end-tanks on turbo and supercharged builds.

On request
Titanium

Roughly 40% lighter than stainless at equivalent gauge. For weight-critical builds and competition cars.

On request
Inconel

Nickel-chromium superalloy. The choice when temperatures and stresses break ordinary stainless — turbo manifolds, race headers.

Common questions

Before you
get in touch.

How long does a custom exhaust take?

Pre-built systems for popular platforms: typically 1-3 working days from deposit to fitted. Fully custom fabrication: 2-4 weeks depending on complexity and current workshop load. We'll give you a firm date with the quote.

Do you offer a warranty?

12 months on parts and labour, full lifetime warranty on welds for as long as you own the car. If anything cracks, leaks or fails on a system we built, we make it right — no quibbles.

Can you fit a customer-supplied exhaust or part?

Yes, on stock platforms with off-the-shelf parts we can fit your own. Fitting only (no warranty on the part itself, only on our fitting). Custom fabrication slots are reserved for systems we build ourselves.

Will it pass an MOT? What about decat sections?

Every road system we sell retains a working catalytic converter and is MOT-legal. Decat and sports-cat sections exist as off-road / motorsport-only parts — we'll quote for them, but we won't fit them to a vehicle used on the public road. See our emissions policy.

Do I have to come to the workshop?

For a custom system, yes — we measure up on the car. For pre-built systems and most workshop services, you book a slot online or by email and bring it in for the day. By appointment only — we don't run a walk-in counter.

What payment methods do you take?

Online deposits and pre-built orders by card via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Custom builds: 50% deposit, balance due on completion. Bank transfer accepted on request. Full VAT receipts on every invoice.

What if my car isn't on your platforms list?

Get in touch — if we can lay hands on the car, we can fab a system. We've covered everything from MX-5s to twin-turbo M-cars; the platforms list is just what we keep pre-built for fast turnaround.
